Refund Policy

We aim to keep our refund terms clear and fair. By booking through LondonDrivingTest.co.uk, you agree to the policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply only to bookings paid directly on this website.

If you paid your instructor privately, we hold no responsibility and cannot process any refunds.

2. Cancellation Notice

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Late cancellations (under 48 hours) are non-refundable.

3. Admin Fee

If you cancel without a valid reason (e.g. not illness, emergency, or test reschedule), a £10 admin fee is deducted from your refund.

We may ask for proof (e.g. medical note) to waive the fee.

4. No-Show or Short Notice

If you fail to attend or cancel too late, the session is considered used.

No refund will be issued.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days back to your original payment method.
